Trainer Led
With Trainer Led, your workout program is created by experienced trainers with Kinesiology degrees. Workouts are designed to suit your workout goals, take advantage of your available equipment, and are changed on a regular schedule between you and your trainer. Your workout trainer will have access to all your workout progress and can make informed decisions to help you along your fitness path.
Member Led
With Member Led, you create your own workout program to suit your workout goals and set your own workout schedule. You are completly in charge to biuld your workouts, to track your progress and you have access to an ever growing database of exercises complete with exercise instructions, all courtesy of our workout trainers.
Free Workout Plans
Are you looking to get started with some Free Workout Plans? We have a growing databse of free workouts, all put together by our kinesiology trained workout exercise planners. This gives you access to our workout app style services without making any commitment from your wallet. Just hop in and give them a test run.
