With Trainer Led, your workout program is created by experienced trainers with Kinesiology degrees. Workouts are designed to suit your workout goals, take advantage of your available equipment, and are changed on a regular schedule between you and your trainer.
Member Led
With Member Led, you create your own workout program to suit your workout goals and set your own workout schedule.
