Homerun Fitness Subscription Rates

Homerun Fitness offers two plans. Our Member-Led plan and our Trainer-Led Plan.

Member-Led

You are in charge of your fitness program and the architect of your workout plan. You have full access to set up your workouts from our database of workout exercises. Design your workouts according to the equipment you have, either in the gym, or in your own home gym. Put together as many workouts as you want. Have lifting days, cardio only days, combination days, stretching days. It's all up to you. You are the manager of your own fitness program, with reminders you set for your workout schedule. Plus keep track of your workouts with our handy and innovative workout tracker featuring the poundage measurement.

Your subscription is month to month. Cancel at any time before the end of the next month to stop billing.

Trainer-Led

Your workout goals are between you and your professional trainer. Your trainer will work with you, and with the workout equipment available, to design a workout program to help you achieve your fitness goals. Weekly progress reports and check-ins with your trainer help to keep you on track and adapt your workout plan to your progress. We recommend a 6 week workout program and then a wholesale revamp of the program to keep your workouts from getting stale. Our trainers are University Kinesiology degree holders with 5+ years of experience in the personal training and fitness field.

Need a program tweak to swap one exercise for another, just ask your trainer. With each workout you keep track of the reps, and weights, durations for each exercise, continually motivating your progress and keeping you moving foreward.
