90/90 Hip Rotator Stretch
This exercise works the body parts of:
* hips
* stretching
Instructions:
Start by sitting on the floor with feet on the floor in front of you and your knees off the ground. Let your knees fall to one side, when they get to the floor they should both be at about 90 degrees. Slowly pick up your knees and move them from side to side, keeping your feet anchored to the ground and your knees at 90 degrees. You can use your hands to support yourself as needed
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
