Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls

This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

Holding the weights at your sides with your palms facing forward, keep your elbow in place while you lift the weight up towards your shoulder and slowly lower back to the start



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
