Exercises for Workout Planners

Alternating Leg Lower

This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

Lying on your back with both legs in the air, at 90 degrees with feet above your hips, slowly lower one leg to the ground as low as you can while keeping your back flat on the ground and slowly rise it back up to the starting position. Repeat and switch legs



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
