Band Lateral Raise
This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:
Standing on a band while holding either end in your hands at your sides, keep your arms extended with slight bend in your elbows and lift your elbows up and away from your body until they are almost at shoulder height, then slowly lower them back to the starting position
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
