Barbell Squats

With the barbell resting on your shoulders, think about pulling the bar down to help brace your lats before slowly squatting down as deep as you comfortably can and returning to the starting point



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
