Exercises for Workout Planners

Bentover Dumbbell Rows

This exercise works the body parts of:

* lats
* rear delts

Instructions:

With a slight bend in your knees and a flat back, start with weights in hands beside your shins and drive your elbows back. At the top of the movement think about squeezing a pencil between your shoulder blades for a second before slowly lowering the weights



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
