Exercises for Workout Planners

Dumbbell Bench Press

This exercise works the body parts of:

* pecs

Instructions:

Start by sitting on the end of a bench with the dumbbells on your knees, as you lay back on the bench use your knees to help bring the weights up and set up with your hands over your shoulders. Slowly lower the weights down beside your chest and press them back to the starting position above your shoulders



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
