Dumbbell Bench Supported Row

This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

With an incline bench at about 45 degrees, lay facedown on it, with your head above the end of the bench and dumbbells hanging below your shoulders. Drive your elbows back until the weights are beside your ribs and slowly lower them back to the starting point



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
