Exercises for Workout Planners

Dumbbell Bicep Burnouts

This exercise works the body parts of:

* biceps

Instructions:

This burnout exercise progresses through 4 stepped weight levels, beginning at the heaviest, for a set number of reps. After completing the first level, immediately switch weights to the next lightest 5 pounds, and repeat the same number of reps. Repeat for 2 more levels. For biceps, 25lbs x 6, 20lbs x 6, 15lbs x 6, 10lbs x6.



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
