Dumbbell Chest Fly
This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:
Laying on a bench, start with the weights together above your chest and slowly lower them while keeping them as far from your body as possible (bend the elbows slightly) until you feel a stretch in your chest. Return to starting position while thinking about squeezing your elbows together
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
