Exercises for Workout Planners

Dumbbell Incline Skull Crusher

This exercise works the body parts of:

* triceps

Instructions:

Start laying back on a bench at an incline around 45 degrees with dumbbells in your hands, arms extended above your shoulders. Bend yout elbows while keeping them in place, lowering the weights beside your ears and extending them back to the starting position



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
