Exercises for Workout Planners

Dumbbell Lunges

This exercise works the body parts of:

* quads

Instructions:

Start with dumbbells at your sides and take a step forward with one leg, bending both knees to about 90 degrees and keeping your upper body upright. Then step with your back leg to bring your feet together and repeat, alternating legs with each step



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
