Dumbbell Pullover

This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

Lying on your back on a bench, hold a single dumbbell, by one end, over your chest with both hands. Slowly lower the weight above your head until you feel a stretch in your lats, then slowly pull it back to the starting point



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
