Exercises for Workout Planners

Dumbbell Rear Fly

This exercise works the body parts of:

* shoulders

Instructions:

With a slight bend in your knees, hinge at your hips and bend over with the dumbbells hanging below your shoulders, palms facing in. Keeping your arms straight slowly swing the weights out away from each other and slowly lower them back to the starting point



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
