Exercises for Workout Planners

Dumbell Front Raise

This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

Standing while holding weights at your sides, keep your arms extended and lift in front of your body until they are almost at shoulder height, then slowly lower them back to the starting position, keeping your palms facing down



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
