Incline Bench Press
This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:
Laying on a bench at an incline of about 45 degrees with the barbell racked above your forehead/eyes, place your hands on the bar slightly wider than shoulder width, slowly remove the barbell from the rack (with assistance if needed) and set up with your hands over your shoulders. Slowly lower the bar down to your chest and press it back to the starting position above your shoulders
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
