This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

Start with one hand and knee on a bench, the other foot on the floor and the other arm holding a weight. Drive the elbow of the arm holding the weight back until the weight is beside your ribs and slowly lower it back to the starting position



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
