Marching Hip Thrust
This exercise works the body parts of:
* hamstring
* core
Instructions:
Laying on your back with your feet pulled in towards your butt, pick your butt up off the ground until your body makes a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Slowly pick up one foot and return it to the ground, alternating legs
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
