Russian Twist

Instructions:
Sitting on the floor with your feet on the gorund and knees bent, lean back until you feel your core working to keep you from falling. Holding a weight, extend your arms in front of your shoulders and slowly rotate from side to side. (You can lift your feet off the ground to increase the difficulty)
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
