Exercises for Workout Planners

Standing Band High Knee - Left
This exercise works the body parts of:
* hip flexors
* stretching
Instructions:
Start by standing with a pole behind you and a band anchored to the bottom of the pole on one end and your ankle on the other. Standing on a slightly elevated surface can help. Lift the foot with the band on it off the ground, thinking about driving your knee up and control it on the way back down
We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
