Exercises for Workout Planners

Standing Band Leg Abduction - Right

This exercise works the body parts of:

* hips
* stretching

Instructions:

Start by standing with a pole beside you (you can hold the poll for stability) and a band anchored to the bottom of the pole on one end and your ankle on the other. Stnading on a slightly elevated surface can help. Slowly swing the leg with the band on it sideways, away from your body and control it on the way back



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
