Static Lunging Hip Flexor Stretch

This exercise works the body parts of:

Instructions:

With one knee on the ground and the other at 90 degrees in front of you, push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip



We recommend you begin with very light weights and low reps and increase the weights and reps as per your personal fitness level.
